Picking Up My Phoebus

Horizontal stabilator
The Phoebus has an all flying tail. This means that instead of having a fixed horizontal surface and then a moving stabilizer at the back, the whole horizontal unit pivots. This makes the Phoebus both pitch sensitive and very nimble, but it also is very energy efficient by not causing as much drag as a normal system would.
